Winter Camp 2025
Help Us Help will be hosting its annual Winter Camp, where 72 orphaned children from various regions of Ukraine will come together for a ten-day, enriching experience. During this special camp, the children will not only celebrate a traditional Ukrainian Christmas, but also engage in festivities like Malanka, Ukrainian caroling, and a deep exploration of Ukrainian heritage and Christmas traditions.
Additionally at our camps, we focus on providing comprehensive support for the children, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being. Through a diverse range of activities, including winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding, computer workshops, dance lessons, folklore sessions, and arts-based activities, the children will have an opportunity to learn, grow, and develop transferable life skills which will better prepare them for life once they age out of their institutions.
The camps also incorporate psychological rehabilitation through support from trained professional counselors, helping the children process their experiences and develop coping strategies. Our mission is to create a safe, memorable, and nurturing environment where the campers can flourish and learn about their cultural heritage, while also experiencing the joy of the holiday season.
