Send A Child to Winter Camp Fundraiser

On November 30th, 2024 - Help Us Help will be hosting its annual Send A Child To Winter Camp fundraising event! Join us in creating a memorable Winter Camp 2025 for Ukrainian orphans.

  • When? November 30th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

  • Where? A private residence in Etobicoke. The location of the event will be provided in the RSVP confirmation email.

  • How? RSVP by emailing events@helpushelp.charity

Every donation will help bring deserving children from orphanages across Ukraine to a 10-day Winter Camp in the beautiful Carpathian Mountains. The Help Us Help Winter Camp program aims to provide life-changing and lasting experiences and transferable skills that will benefit the participants for the rest of their lives. 

It costs $1,000 to sponsor one child for the full Winter Camp experience, where they will partake in traditional Ukrainian Christmas celebrations, learn new skills, and participate in activities, including a variety of educational workshops, Ukrainian carolling, skiing and snowboarding, and Malanka; the Ukrainian New Year celebration.

Thank you for your generosity and commitment to helping us make a difference in the lives of children in Ukraine. To ensure transparency and compliance with CRA charity guidelines, we’ve created two donation options based on your participation:

Attending the Event?

If you’re attending our fundraiser event, your donation helps directly support our Winter Camp and includes the value of goods and services provided during the event.

As per CRA charity guidelines, tax receipts for fundraiser attendees will be issued after the event. The receipt will reflect the eligible donation amount, with the value of goods and services received deducted from your total contribution.

Your support ensures that children across Ukraine can attend our life-changing Winter Camp program!

Not Attending?

For supporters who cannot attend the event but still wish to make a difference, your generous contributions will go directly toward our Winter Camp 2025.

Tax receipts for non-attendees will be issued immediately via email for the full donation amount.
