Dear Help Us Help Supporters in British Columbia,
Thanks to all who attended our special Vancouver Fundraising Event in support of Help Us Help Summer Camp 2025 — a life-changing initiative dedicated to supporting orphaned and institutionalized children affected by war in Ukraine.
Our sincere appreciation goes to Kozak Restaurant for supporting our event by providing their Gastown location as our venue, as well as snacks and refreshments for attendees.
Over the course of this busy weekend in BC’s lower mainland, our team also had the opportunity to meet with hundreds of attendees of the VIP Ternopil show and thousands of visitors to the Ukrainian Culture Festival in Mission, BC.
The entire weekend in Vancouver raised enough funds to send over a dozen children to camp. We plan to host 200 children this summer so there is still a long way to go.
You can still help send a Ukrainian orphan to Summer Camp 2025 today.
About Help Us Help:
Founded in 1993, Help Us Help has provided over $30 million in charitable aid and programming in support of education, literacy, arts and culture, social work, civil society, and more. Over the past three decades, the organization has mentored and supported orphaned children in Ukraine, many of whom have grown into independent adults and community leaders. As challenges continue to evolve, the need for our programs in the coming years will be greater than ever.
Thank you to Kozak Restaurant for hosting and sponsoring this fundraiser!
